This place sucks, I ordered a large cheeseburger, lg frie and lg coke...got a reg cheeseburger no fires and a water!!! Angry

I had to turn around, go back thru the drive thru and the girl just said, "oh, wells I disnt charges you fo dat"...I said, " I want my money back"...she said, " we aints got no manga here". I just drove off. Sickens me!!! vomit-smiley-001

I have always had problems there.   Thats why I now avoid it at all cost.

I think I would have said   No no no Oh, no no, I will sit here until a manager gets here.

Aren't they required to have a manager on site?  They should be reported, at least to the district manager.
We don't go there much because of similar incidents.  But I do like their bacon cheeseburger! shrug

That one on skyland is about the same way. we stood in line and the cashier just ignored us for about five minutes. Don't they know that it might cost them there jobs or do they not care. If she would have been busy it would have been different but she was talking to the other employees. Undecided    I really wonder if the company knows what is going on. Or would like to know?

Somewhere in the store(s) there should be a 1-800 number that you could call with comments or complaints.  I know that McDonald's does.  And the corporate headquarters would be very interested, I'm sure, because it will probably result in lost business.

That's always been my understanding too.  I thought they were required to have a manager on site for every shift. Roll Eyes
