I would have loved to see the mans face when he saw her. I bet he did not mind spending the money she was making. At least she will have a job to go to. LOL

If he did this because he didn't want to go to jail then what does he think they are going to do to him now. Now he has killed two people. I can't understand why anyone can do this in the first place.

By the way I called the surveyer and he did not return my call I guess it will be a no show again for me. His secretary said he was fixing to leave the office and I gave her my number before he left. O well

Glad your internet is back up and running. I only get to use my internet in the early morning hours. Sorry it takes me so long to get back to everybody. I have one that get on her computer for the rest of the day. We are going to Wal-mart to hunt for a power sourse for a light,tv, what ever we need it for when the power goes out. It has a battery,flash light, powerstrip,radio,etc on it. I hope we find it. We were just told about it. You can plug your tv and a light up to it if the stations are working. Or plug a radio up to it if they are working . It sounds pretty good. We had one and used it when The last hurricane came through and we watch tv while everyone else didn't. They are handy. It is on file at the court house but where do I get a diagram of it. If the surveyer didn't have one then where is it. His diagram is one for the entire lot. I think they made one up for the ones that bought the house. I have the deed but it only has numbers on it. Not actual sight of property. My land is suppose to go across the road on the land on the other side. We had a family that had there land surveyed and it moved everybodys property over between 10 to 20 feet. So that sent my land across the road. The people across the roads property went 10 to 20 feet the other way. But they want to keep it on my side and there side too. That is the problem.They don't have any property on my side. You can't tell them that. They come on my side and cut down trees,burn brush, what ever they want to do. I don't want any brush or trees cut I want my privacy at least on three sides the front dosn't matter. But I moved here to sit outside and drink my coffee on my patio without someone watching everything I do. They bought a trailor and have moved it so there front door is facing my patio. They have cut trees and brush now the sun light hits my trailor and heats it up in the summer months. All I want is to find out just where I stand on the property line so I can tell them to stay off of it.

There was one done but the woman split it up and sold a house on the front lot and sold me the back lot. 3/4 acker. I was told by the one that surveyed it that he surveyed it in one lot. I just found this out when I called the surveyer just before Christmas. Boy was I stumped about this turn of events. I called him and he said he would be here in a few days but it's been more like three weeks or Four. He said he could get it straighten out but he has failed to get in touch with me as of yet I am going to call him today and see if he is or not. If not I will be looking for someone else. I have a Deed that shows the measurements but no picture. They told me when I bought this land that it had been surveyed so I was not worried about it but now I wonder. I have seen the survey of the front lot but I don't know how actual  it is now.

Reasonable and needs to work? We have tried to have my land surveyed. This is the fourth time. They come here then leave and don't tell us anything. The one who surveyed this land said that he surveyed it all in one lot. And the owner sold it in two lots. I have a DEED but they are still having trouble with it. I am going to call the last one to see if he is going to do it or not today. I really don't know what else to do. The people next to me keeps coming across the road on my side and cutting down trees and brush which he says that they are on his land. I was told by Four people that the trees are on my land. He had a trailor moved in but came to ask me if he could cut some trees to move the trailor in why would he ask me to cut down trees that he said belongs to him? Sounds fishy to me.

Hey am I the only one who lived trough the Holidays. I have been searching on here to find someone and there is no one around. Did you eat too much and can't move your fingers? We had Chrismas, New Years and Two Birthdays. I think we have a few more months before we have another Birthday. And that is in June Then we will have Three in a row. Diet what Diet how can you start of the New Year eating so much. But we know we will have to try. We had Cake and Ice Cream yesterday. Then we had a late Lunch. I called and ordered Two Chicken finger Dinners and a Shrimp Dinner. Well My friend went to the wrong place to pick them up. He ordered Three Chicken finger Dinners and Though about me saying something about a Shrimp Dinner. Then the place I called to order the Dinners called me to say that my order was ready. So we ended up with 5 Chicken finger Dinners and 2 Shrimp Dinners. Guess what we are having for Dinner today. LOL ?

  So sad. I was affraid of that. I hope they did not give you a lot of hope that she would make it. I have lost a few dogs and It's like losing a child. Please believe me when I say I'm so sorry. I will be thinking of you.

Thinking of both of you. Try to keep her warm it is so cold outside today. I dread going to the Doctors office with my Friend he has to be there at 8:30 This morning and I am cold just thinking about it. I have to start getting ready keep us posted ok.

  He must have been having a slow day and couldn't find anything else to do but harrass someone. Tell me how they can clock someone sitting still for 30 minutes. And get a good reading. Must be a new device they have out now. I believe in law enforcement but this sounds rediculess. The thing is I see so much that goes on that they don't catch that is life threatening and they are never around. I must be in the right place at the wrong time. People scare me they take too many chances with other peoples lives.

Thats another new one for me Sweep the kitchen floor on New Years day. Never heard of it. Someone else have another one for us. I'm willing to try them all next year. LOL

I must have slept like a log last night I didn't hear any fire works. And I know there was some too. The neigbors around here really believe in them. I hope everyone has a great New Years day. Happy 2008.

What did the Doctor say. And how old is she. It may take her a day to get over it. What are you trying to feed her too. Maybe she wants Warm milk. Put it on you finger and test it. If she trys to eat get a eye dropper and feed her with it. I hope she does start to eating. Good luck. She maybe running a fever too. If he gave her a shot too.

Was it on tv last night or not. I can't believe my daughter missed it if it was. Let me know so I can rag her about it. She is always wearing her Alabama shirt for the game even if we watch it on tv. I am a Alabama fan too but she puts me to shame. She has to have the same shirt on every time. She had on her Alabama PJ's last night maybe that is what did it this time LOL.

Police said there was only one student there when it was found. The others were gone for the holidays.

  I want it. It is soooo cute. I only have Three dogs I can use another one. You probably would not know she is in you pocket until she gets bigger. I have two Dachsunds and a I can't think of the breed the other one is but he looks like a bear. Don't spoil her toooooo much. LOL

I have stopped making New Year"s Resolutions because I can't keep them. Mostly to lose weight and fail miserably every year. I would Like to become a better understanding person. Too not fly off the handle too much. Be a better person all the way around. Try to turn the other cheek or not let things get to me like I have in the past. I see people hurting or mistreating other people and I want to step up and put my two cents in. But they say everthing will be alright. I know I'm suppose to pray for that person but its hard to hold my tongue. Pray for me.
